The Getaway Bag

I absolutely love this bag. I used to feel like I forgot something every time we went out - jacket, snacks, water, hat - no matter how long we spent preparing. It was just hard to focus in chaos of leaving the house and the mental energy it took to try and re-plan our bag every time made it worse. Because this bag is so well-organized, it gives me an easy way to remember. Snacks in the cooler. Clothes in the bottom. Other/entertainment in the top. I initially bought this for travel but it’s quickly become our go-to every day bag. Comfy, cute, good size. Have brought it carry on for multiple 11+ hour flights and it is perfect for that too.

Yes is not cheap, it totally worth every penny, it was the only bag we need for our trip to USA from London, and it was perfect for the city, if you’re thinking mmmm probably I will do it with a big dapper bag ooooo believe me you will love to have a perfect, medium, comfortable to carry, good for every occasion, real all terrain super bag!!!

We use The Getaway Bag for basically anytime we leave the house now, even if just a few hours. It's come with us on cars, trains, and planes. It fits perfectly in the middle seat of the back row of the car. We've also used it as a "seat" for our little guy on the train.

My favorite features are the organizational shelfs, the wet compartment, and the essentials compartment for The Sidekick. I've never found it quite as spacious as the video reviews may suggest, but there's a place for everything which I love.

Flew with my almost 1 year old for just a quick weekend trip and this bag was perfect. Everything is easy access because somehow magically every single zipper on here can easily be manipulated one handed. The compartments kept everything organized and got compliments from TSA, airline staff, and family/friends. I have a different brand waist pack diaper bag, but was still able to squeeze it into the side pocket fully loaded. I debated getting this bag for a long time because of the price but I am glad I finally pulled the trigger on it because it makes packing and traveling with a baby so much easier. I am actually looking forward to next summer's long haul flight when my LO will be 1.5 years old because this bag will make it manageable.
