Lifetime Product Warranty

We put a lot of care into making gear you can count on for years to come. We know parenting is expensive, and we want you to feel confident that your hard-earned money is going towards defects-free gear that you can feel confident about. 

That’s why every No Reception Club product comes with a straightforward lifetime warranty. When you choose our gear, we want you to feel that we have your back (literally). If something goes wrong, we’ll do everything we reasonably can to make it right and keep your gear going.

The Short Version

Our lifetime warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Failures or breakages during normal use that make some or all of the product non-functional

Our lifetime warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear, including scratches, scuffs, stains, blemishes, and everyday wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional damage

• Lost or stolen items

Our Guarantee

If any part of your No Reception Club product becomes defective or stops functioning during normal use, we’ll repair it or replace it with a fully functioning item in the same or better condition.

The key words here are defective and non-functional. Our warranty does not cover cosmetic wear that has no effect on the safety or function of your product. Small scratches, scuffs, and other signs of everyday use are a natural part of taking your gear along for the journey.

But if something fails because of a manufacturing defect or breaks during normal use, we’re here to help.

The other important phrase is same or better condition. Because we care deeply about keeping our products in use and out of landfills, warranty replacements may come from our inventory of open-box, gently used, or refurbished products. Every replacement is carefully cleaned, quality-checked, and confirmed to be fully functional. It will also carry the same lifetime warranty as your original product.

A Few Helpful Details

Our warranty is designed to cover defects and failures that affect the core function or safety of your gear. It does not cover cosmetic wear, including the scratches, scuffs, stains, and other signs of use that products naturally pick up over time.

We want this warranty to feel simple and reassuring. We take pride in the quality of our gear and in caring for the people who use it, and we’ll always approach your claim thoughtfully and fairly.

In return, we ask that you care for your No Reception Club gear and use it as intended. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional damage. It also does not cover lost or stolen products, so we recommend insuring your gear when appropriate.

We reserve the right to update this policy in the future. Any changes will apply as permitted by applicable law.

Warranty Claims

Returns

We hope you love your No Reception Club product. If it isn’t the right fit for you, you may send it back within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. For pre-order items, the 30-day window begins on the shipment date.

Returned items must be unused and in their original, new condition.

We’ll initiate your refund once your return arrives at our processing facility and has been inspected. Please allow one to two weeks for the process to be completed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
