          As Good As They Claim

          I sat on buying this bag for a while since we are moving out of baby phase (currently have a 2 and 5 year old) but we decided a duffel that can slide onto our carry on means one less suitcase so we went for it. We are SO happy with our purchase of the Hideaway Carry-On Duffel.

          I successfully packed 5 shirts, 3 pants, 2 pajamas, 3 pairs of socks and a pair of shoes FOR EACH CHILD in addition to 2 blankies, 2 small stuffed animals, 2 pacifiers, a camera and monitor, toothbrush/paste and a noise machine in the main compartment and still had room to spare. In the bottom compartment I laid two jackets flat (our next trip I will put two winter coats in the same space and I know they will easily fit).

          Very well thought out bag that is worth every penny.

          Great product

          There are so many great things about this bag. The compartments are awesome. And as a bag lover, I found all the different zipper parts of this bag were a dream! The top pockets for snack is generously sized and the bottom pocket is great too. I love the little tiny pocket for small items on the very top. The design of the insert to pull out and hang is the real winner though. I was able to fit everything I need with winter boots and snow gear for my 2yo for one week trip. The only thing I couldn’t fit was all the diapers. Things stay organized and easy to access. All the different carry options are also fantastic and the luggage pass through is a must have. Only one issue I have and that the tiny Velcro on the cover of the inside compartment would stick to the clothes. So I had to make sure I put something that wouldn’t be able to snag under it. Otherwise this bag is amazing and I highly recommend.

          The olive color is more of a sage green to me, but I love it.

          Travel Game Changer

          I recently bit the bullet and ordered the Hideaway Duffel. I had been holding back for months and months because I had considered this bag to be more of a splurge than a necessity. Well, after using it on our recent family vacation with two toddlers, I deemed this bag as a necessity. What a game changer! Prior to using the Hideaway Duffel, we had been using packing cubes and compression bags, and packed them into a large suitcase and more. We had to fumble through multiple packing cubes and compression bags every time we needed an article of clothing or a completely new outfit for our little ones. (Note: We don’t fully unpack at hotels if we are hotel hopping or if there aren’t enough drawer/closet space.) The beauty of the Hideaway Duffel is that it eliminates the need for packing cubes and compression bags, and the need to fumble through them, and there’s no need to really unpack at your destination. For our recent family vacation - five nights, six days, two hotels, jam-packed with kids activities, we were able to pack for our two toddlers: 6 sets of PJs, 20 pairs of pants, 10 long-sleeve tops, 14 short-sleeve tops, 2 jackets, 20 pairs of socks, and 4 muslin blankets. Organizing was a breeze and it made packing less stressful. The internal compartment is collapsible, making this bag so versatile. We have family vacations lined up for each of the next six months and I am so glad we have the Hideaway Duffel as our travel companion. (Here’s a pic of my little helper unpacking…

          Expat Essential

          After having my eye on this bag throughout pregnancy, it took one trip with our 3 month old to pull the trigger and buy this bag. I am a religious packing cube user, but soon realized how chaotic that gets when it comes to baby clothes and supplies. My carry on felt so unorganized and unmanageable until I got this bag and now there is no going back. I can much more easily manage a trip overseas to visit family even alone with this well thought out and high quality bag. I had it sent to my mom in the states and even she noted how durable and quality it felt!

          The BEST travel bag for Parents!

          This bag is set up for traveling parents. I travel solo a lot and this bag has been a lifesaver. We also used this bag as our hospital bag when our daughter was born a few months ago. It fit everything for myself, my husband, my 2.5 year old, and the baby. We have every product NRC makes and we love them.
