The Getaway Bag

We took this bag with us to travel from KY to Hawai’i. It was a 28 hour travel day (delays, of course) and this diaper bag was IT. We wouldn’t have been able to make it with our normal diaper bag. The compartments are way more useful than imagined, and we fit everything we needed plus extras for emergencies. So convenient, perfect size, and so much storage space. It fit perfectly on the plane as well, and stowed great (even stuffed full) under the seat in front of us (as per airline guidelines). Completely worth it!!

Shared this with my baby as a personal item on our flights, while she sat in my lap. It’s spacious and easy to organize! I put formula liquids and burp cloths at the top, bottles in the middle, and spare clothes / burp cloths at the bottom compartment. Side compartment fits my skip hop diaper changing station / pad, with just a bit of shoving. Front pocket fits a few more spare diapers and some granola bars. It’s so well-designed.

I’ve had the getaway bag for a few weeks now and it does not disappoint. We purchased it for an upcoming trip to Italy with our 9 month old but it has been a game changer for day to day use as well!

Our family has been so pleased with this bag! I bought it because I was fed up with the Diaper Bag Abyss. It's stood up to a lot (international and domestic flights, train rides for weeks on end, and road trips). It is so comfortable to wear (we have the 3rd generation), and love how easy it is to pack and access everything. I also love that it retains its shape no matter how much we put in it.

I have always dreaded packing for any kind of trip and this bag really makes it a pleasure, and I'm even a little excited to pack because it is so nice. I would recommend this to anyone, even if they don't travel much. I think it is absolutely worth the price and would even pay more for this kind of intentionality and thoughtful design.

After having our second, and lots of travel during the summer, I knew that our regular diaper bag was not working. It was so hard to dig around our backpack while sitting in an airplane seat. I convinced my husband to try the Getaway Bag for our final trip this summer and it was 100% a game changer. It's so easy to get what you need out, fits so much, and genuinely makes traveling a breeze. I highly recommend to anyone who does a lot of traveling, or needs to bring a lot of gear with them when out and about with kids.
