I’ve been using this backpack since my daughter was months old and love it ever since. I love the compartments and how everything is easy to access. You don’t have to be digging in your bag, everything has its own place. Very comfortable to carry too! I would highly recommend this backpack and all their bags! Tested and proven!!!
First I have to shout out No Reception Club’s amazing customer service team who went above and beyond to get me the backpack in time for my first solo air travel with my 1.5 year old. Ya’ll are the best! I debated purchasing this bag for a while and I have no regrets. Love it! Keeping everything organized and easily accessible has made it my go to bag to pack for travel. It makes packing toys, clothes, snacks, books, and mom essentials in one bag a breeze. Having this bag helped calm the chaos on the plane and, once we were in a rental car, I put it on the passenger seat and was able to pass back snacks and stuffed animals as we drove. Such a cool concept for a bag!
I was skeptical this backpack would live up to the hype or price point, but it really does. It’s incredibly well made and perfectly designed, with so many thoughtful features. I also appreciate the life-time warranty. Debating whether to get one for my spouse too!

Doing 3 planes in a row alone with a toddler is no small task and this bag made it so manageable. I only wanted to bring one bag since I had the stroller, 1 year old, car seat for him on the plane, and carrier to manage. I laid the bag under the seat open on the the side with access to the shelves so I could easily access the toys and snacks. I fit a change of clothes and pj’s for both of us, toiletries, toys, snacks, 12 diapers, pack of wipes, pack go Clorox wipes, toddler headphones, passports, electrolyte packs, the cooler with extra snacks, his bib, utensils, and bowl in the bag. Seems very durable and very comfortable to wear!
